Liability: Your video rental purchase means that you agree to the following:
I understand that I have enrolled in a program of strenuous physical activity including but not limited to body-conditioning machinery used during my GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, and Pilates workouts. I hereby absolve Aimee McDonald and GYROTONIC® Ann Arbor & The Movement Center, LLC from any responsibility for injuries I might sustain while practicing GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, and Pilates methods of body conditioning or any actions learned with or by Aimee McDonald or GYROTONIC® Ann Arbor & The Movement Center, LLC

I hereby release for myself, my heirs and assigns, Aimee McDonald, GYROTONIC® Ann Arbor & The Movement Center, LLC (and its employees) from any claims, demands and causes of actions arising from my participation in an exercise program.

Agreement to this Liability Information will act as your continued agreement to all ensuing sessions, workshops and/or seminars whether in person, via Skype, Zoom or any other video conferencing tool or recorded video.
